The Real Power ESA 1000W is Cooler
Master’s first ESA compliant power supply, offering a wide range of features
that you won’t find in most power supplies, such as monitoring of Voltages,
Amperage, Wattage, temperatures and fan speed.
It also gives the user the ability to control the fan speed via the ESA utility.
The Real Power ESA 1000W is the ideal companion for any Nvidia 680i or 780i
based motherboard. Cooler Master has used its engineering expertise to develop a
fully compliant ESA power supply that offers the entire feature set as per
Nvidia’s specifications, making Cooler Master the first partner to offer full
ESA functionality.

Features |
|
|
|
- nVIDIA ESA-certified for easily monitored temperature ,currents, fan speed,
and voltages.
- Real-time control system allows users to fine-tune their console for optimum
performance.
- Power failure detector lights up in the event of voltage, current, temperature,
load or circuit irregularity.
- Four +12V rails for enhanced power distribution in Quad-SLI and 2-way server
systems.
- Compliance with the newest Intel ATX 12V V2.3 and SSI EPS 12V V2.92 standards.
- Green mode PFC control circuit – A new type of active PCF circuit that reduces
the switching losses in the PWM which leads to enhanced power conversion
efficiency.
- Single 12V switching circuit design – By using a single 12V switching circuit
design you get a more efficient AC to DC conversion which leads to an overall
more efficient PSU
- High efficiency VRM's – Having separate 5V and 3.3V DC to DC VRM's is a much
more power efficient design than traditional PSU's and it allows for improved
airflow inside the PSU due to less space taken up by large components.
- Solid capacitors – Cooler Master is the first company to offer no less than 11
solid capacitors in a PSU and having them placed on the output side of the PSU,
they're put where they make a real difference.
- ESA – Compliant with the Nvidia ESA standard which makes it the ideal PSU to
go with an nForce 680i or 780i motherboard.
- Soft-start circuit – A protection mechanism that limits the input inrush
current by delaying the actual power-on of the PSU to prevent damage to it.
